We understand that you may sometimes need to change or cancel your order. Due to our fast processing times, all requests must be made within a specific timeframe.

We accept cancellation or modification requests within 6 hours of a successful purchase. After this period, we cannot accept the request as your order may have already entered the processing and shipping phase.

To cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service team immediately via email at contact@rempose.com. To ensure the fastest processing, please provide:
- Your order number.
- Your specific request (e.g., "Cancel entire order" or "Change shipping address to...").
3. Modification Options
Within the allowed 6-hour window, you may request the following changes, subject to availability and feasibility:
- Changes to the shipping address.
- Changes to product quantity or details (e.g., size, color).
4. Refund Process for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is successfully made within the 6-hour timeframe, we will initiate a full refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
5. Requests After the 6-Hour Window
If you wish to make a change after the 6-hour window has passed, you will need to wait until you receive the product and then follow the procedure in our Return and Refund Policy.
